Beach Resort (Vacasa)

Would have preferred to deal only with VRBO or owner, without third party Vacasa in the middle. Vacasa was slow in providing check in information. They only send info 24 hours or less prior to check in. When you travel days prior to check in it would be nice to have info sooner.

End of the Summer/First Day of School kickoff trip!

The moment we walked in, the condo was so welcoming and smelled so fresh and clean. It was exactly as it was listed. Cute and quaint, and so close to the beach! Most affordable places end up being not as nice as the listing makes them seem, but this one was a pleasant surprise!

Really nice for the price

Only had two issues with this property and it’s not necessarily the condo’s fault. GPS wanted to take me through a gated community to arrive at the property location, which I didn’t have access to. The access to the beach is a little bit of walk and there wasn’t directions or instructions to designate which gate to access the beach from.

Beautiful pool

The condo was clean and more updated than shown in the photos. Beautiful view overlooking the huge pool area. Only issue was there were no parking passes left for us :( Made it stressful worrying our vehicle could get towed. I had to contact Vacasa many times to get the passes and it wasn’t until after noon the next day that they brought them.

Perfect little getaway

We made a rather hasty decision to come to Destin, and finding this gem was a blessing. It was affordable and housed our family of 5 perfectly. We loved the stocked kitchen so we could cook our own meals. Condo was super close to pool and the beach!

Quick response

Upon arrival we found a few things we weren't happy with, but someone came out the next day and fixed the issues. The only one that was never resolved was that we were told we had a key to the underground parking but we never received the key. Other than that we enjoyed out stay!

NICE

Room was very clean and close to be beach. It was just a few blocks to get to the beach. Very nice pool area. My grandchildren loved it. Although it couldn't be helped, it rained all weekend and beach water was not clear. Rip currents were bad. Could not go in the water. Otherwise everyone had a great time. Staff was very nice and checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. Would love to go back, just at another time of the year.

The condo was exactly as described. Arrival was easy. Cute place with a beautiful pool. It’s located in a nice area. The walk to beach was difficult with a toddler, but thankfully there was a wagon provided by the host. Will visit again!

The pictures do this place no justice. It must’ve been updated since photos have been taken. It’s very spacious. Quiet. & the pool is great usually clears out early in the night if you’re looking for some alone time with your spouse! I’ve been traveling to Destin for years and I would definitely book this place again !

Overall I love this place to stay at. It’s our second year at this condo and we love the location, pool, and overall experience. The place itself was very clean. My only complaint is that the couch and sofa were dirty with spots on them both. But we just used the sheets that were provided for the pull out sofa over them so it wasn’t a big deal for us. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of room. I would stay here again and probably will!

Nice place.

Great location and the pool was awesome. Condo was nice but every single dish was dirty and had to be washed before we could use even use a glass. Also I think the floor needed to be mopped. It made our feet dirty, so we had to wear shoes inside.

The property was great but it was so filthy when we got there. No one wants to arrive for vacation and spend the first hour or so cleaning. Everything else was great but I have to rate it low because cleanliness is VERY important.

Great pool and location from beach

Best pool around, quick walk to beach. A lot more spacious than we thought. Wish the house was stocked with a few more things. A laundry pod would have been nice and a few coffee pods. We stayed for only 3 nights so didn't want to buy a whole case and throw out. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo - very spacious! Quick walk to the beach & fantastic for families

This place was great! The condo was a lot bigger than anticipated, very clean and in great shape (those sofas are comfy!) The master bedroom & bathroom were a good size. The bunk beds were in a cozy cubby that had a curtain for privacy + a roomy bathroom. My husband and I were happy and my 2 teens absolutely loved it. 2nd floor, close to the elevator not far from the stairs, over looked the pool but not noisy at all. The condo does not have an ocean view, although you can sort of see the ocean from the balcony (through 2 houses across the street) and see what the wind/waves are looking like. What it lacks in view, it makes up in everything else. Lots to walk or bike to: restaurants, shops, etc. The beach was beautiful as always. We would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion to the owner/property manager is to send driving directions in advance listing the public access roads (GPS sent me via private access roads) and include the beach access info in the check-in envelope (couldn't find it so my teens just hopped a fence). I stopped in at the check-in desk the day after arrival and got the info we needed, but would have been nice to have it the first day (we arrived at 6pm). All in all, a fun family vacation at the beach.
