View was excellent- location great.
Property was older but in good shape. The room had a beautiful view of the beach but the room needs TLC.
Furniture, beds, tables, all need replaced.
The table wobbles and the fixed it by putting a piece of large cardboard under a leg. Bed creaked and popped so much that you could not turn over for waking your partner. The amenities were nice at one time but they have reached their limit.
The pictures look great online but the unit needs work.
Changed out bulbs, fixed leaking faucet, rust around the faucets in master...looks like the condo unit owners have not put money back into the unit in quite some time. I understand that you do not want to put a lot of money into something that people will not take care of or appreciate but some money keeps people coming back. At the rates we paid for this unit at this time of year, it is not worth it.
We are in Destin 4-5 times a year and usually rent 7-10 days at at time. This was the first time here and unfortunately, the last.
Not looking for anything free and do not want a discount...just giving an honest review.
