Beautiful view!!

We’ve stayed at Maravilla over 7 years and this condo had an amazing view! Could use some updates of furnishings especially metal king bed that hits wall every time you turn over. Also kitchen had no cookie sheet, kitchen scissors or ample cookware. We had an issue with keypad not working 1st full day. No hard key on site so missed almost 2 hours of beach time waiting on key. They’ve had this issue multiple times and still not corrected. Overall we had a great trip and loved the view of the emerald coast!!!

Nice view and location, could use some updates.

The property was easy to access and good instructions but for a beach stay as the draw could have used beach towels and beach chairs since the stated beach service wasn’t available when we visited and didn’t indicate in booking info that it ended on October 31st, which they said they would update. Unit could use some updates to bedroom furniture, scratched up fry pans, and the toaster only worked on one side. No offers to make the situation, right. Just a sorry, on the beach service and no beach towel notice.

Leaking ceiling!

When we arrived, the first noticed the beautiful view. We start on unpacking and I went into the bathrooms and noticed water damage on the ceiling. I believe it. The entire unit needs to be updated. We had to leave early because the ceiling was leaking and parts of the ceiling were falling off into the bathtub. The property manager was very understanding and helped us find a new place to stay. The only problem is is that we had to cut our vacation by two days, which was very disappointing. I really wished the owners of these condos wouldn’t just do it for the money. They really need to come out and look at the property and fix it like the property managers ask them to. I will never stay at this unit again.

Extremely dated

Overall the place is nice and cozy. However it could use an update. The bed needs to be replaced completely. Husband and I couldn’t sleep in the bed due to it being completely sunken in. We tried using pillows to help keep us from rolling into each other. Also we had our three year old in the bed with us because the bunk beds are in the hallway. Definitely not the place for us.

2nd time around

We stayed in the same condo 2 years in a row now and it did not disappoint. The balcony is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee/view. The location is perfect distance from the beach and front pool. This condo is very spacious and you don’t feel like you’re on top of one another and is easily accessible.

Miravella stay

Our stay was great. The view of pool and beach were exactly what we were looking for, easy check in and check out. Our only suggestions would be a new bed, it was very old and sunk in very bad in the middle. Also need pots and pans we bought groceries and couldn’t cook. We were very satisfied apart from these mishaps. Definitely would stay again if these things were fixed!!

The place was dirty. No internet service still Thursday of that week. My husband has a heart device and Cleveland Clinic monitors him at night but couldn’t because of the internet. He had to go stay at our daughters at night. And try h h e property management really did care. And I’m a bookkeeper this was suppose to be a working week for me but that didn’t happen because of the internet. Finally when the cable company came he said someone had turned. The box off. The property manager even can on Monday and didn’t see that. I will not rent anything that. Coastline Condos has anything to do with

Perfect location

Everything was accurately described in the listing. Location was excellent; we loved walking up & down the sidewalks. Our view was my favorite, people watching PLUS the ocean in the background. Condo was clean & well-stocked. We cooked most meals & had no problems. Couches were comfy. King bed was super comfortable. My girls had no trouble sleeping on the bunks. Beach was close, & heated pool was very warm; my girls loved it! Perfect vacation! We will definitely return!

Location, location

This unit’s localism great. The unit is in desperate need of some TLC. The small shower didn’t work. The tub leaked. The furniture has seen better days. Patio furniture is crowded and mismatched. With that said great location and beach access. Beautiful view from the balcony!

Great place but could be better

This place is great. Prime location and overlooks the beach. But the downside is that it overlooks the pool too. Pool is a zoo from 9 am until 10 pm so if you are planning to read a book in the balcony. Be prepared to take sun ear plugs. Proximity also eats into privacy. The place could also use some updates. Couch is old and the fan in the living room is wobbly. The place can also use a vaccum cleaner to remove all the mud and dust. Its everywhere and hard to get rids if with a sweeper. We ended up not using the bunk bed because the bed had so much mud on it. We also found a cockroach. Now for the good things- prime location and the elevator helps. The apartment is stocked with appliances. Has lots of books to read and chill. The hosts had lots of beautiful paintings which i presume they did themselves. Awesome paintings. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Overall a memorable stay! Thank you so much!

A great Location with a View

The Maravilla complex is very nice, the condo has a wonderful view and is pet friendly. The condition of the unit which is well used, was dirty and could use some updates. The kitchen wall clock was broken, the coffee pot stop working on day 3 of our 5 week stay.

Property needs to be updated. Living room furniture needs replacing at it is old and uncomfortable. Location is great. We have stayed at Maravilla for years. A lively property overall.
