In addition to nearby emerald-green waters and white sand beaches, guests can enjoy all that Luau I has to offer: a lagoon style swimming pool with a grotto waterfall, a bubbling hot tub, a kiddie pool, poolside lounge areas, an outdoor tiki bar, a community gas grilling area, a full fitness room, garage parking and more!

With its convenient location and impressive amenities, 7710 Luau offers resort life at its finest. Our spacious studio overlooking the Resort and The Gulf of Mexico features cozy furnishings, a kitchenette, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Sleeping accommodations include a comfy king bed and a sleeper sofa with a twin pull-out bed. The full bathroom is complete with a tub-shower combination. Our convenient kitchenette offers a mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave and sink along with dinnerware and silverware. Perfect for making coffee and quick snacks! There is a coin operated laundry room nearby, and wifi is complimentary.

In addition to all the beach side of the Resort has to offer, The Baytowne Wharf on the bayside of the Resort is home to restaurants, boutique shopping and entertainment. Also nearby is the Silver Sands Outlet Center and Grand Boulevard for specialty boutique shopping and upscale dining. This was our second stay at luau and it was just as good as I remembered. Our condo had everything we needed. Bed was soft. Short walk to beach. Lots to do at the resort. We will stay again.

I sent my wife and daughter to this property for a spring break getaway and they were nothing short of thrilled with their experience. First off, the property manager was absolutely awesome in terms of info, being available as needed, etc. When my daughter and wife arrived the unit was clean, the resort area was beautiful, and everything was as-described! We will definitely look to this manager and property again!

We had such a great time! Room was clean and just the right size for me and my husbands weekend getaway! It was a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 5 min drive to Baytown Wharf which had great coffee, food, entertainment, and a walk on the bay! Loved every moment. Bette was also so sweet and easy to reach if needed!!!!
