Lied about shuttle, lied about pool open, out me in wrong room, never said sorry and never said hello, thank you or good bye! They suck!

Big problem. No food or drink available on premises. Hotel itself is very nice. Even with COVID, there should be more accommodation for food after a long day of air travel, also with no food available.
