The room was great, hotel was in an excellent location and easily walkable to Broadway. Check in was very easy, hotel kept our bags for us since we had an early flight so we could explore. Bed was very comfortable, AC was ice cold and bathroom was laid out well. Would definitely recommend!!

Overall the property is extremely clean and well maintained. The room was super clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were excellent as well. I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and would highly recommend.

Reserved a king room well in advance and was told because I booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) they didn’t hold that room for me. Makes no sense but that sucked. Also, windows should be sound proof. We were on 11th floor facing 3rd Ave and heard Ambulances and Fire trucks throughout the night and early mornings. Hard to sleep.
