"Best experience ever"

"Everything about my stay was excellent. Friendly and professional check-in took about 2 minutes. Bed was super comfy, everything worked, room was very clean. Special shout out to the cleaning staff. I slept so comfortably that I did not wake up until housekeeping knocked at my door at checkout. I poked my head out to say how sorry I was and that I would be out in 5 minutes. I was greeted with big smile and the man said, Take 10 minutes, no problem!" I expected to be greeted with crankiness, and rightly so. But instead he chose kindness and friendliness. And he went the extra mile by graciously giving me extra time. People like that definitely make the world a better place."
