This was the worst experience I’ve ever had while staying in a rental. One of the showers did not work. Another bathroom’s sink faucet wiggled so much that it felt like it could fall off. There were barely any hand towels so we had to do laundry every time we used one. There was no hand soap in the house at all. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning. It was 83 in the house because the A/C did not work. When we tried to get ahold of the host, she wouldn’t respond. We contact VRBO and they couldn’t get ahold of her either. After trying for several hours, she finally responded that she was sending maintenance to fix A/C. No one showed up. She never responded again when I asked when to expect them to arrive. This was literally the worst experience I’ve ever had.
