The first impression is the front desk staff, which was nonexistent. I had to call our several times to get her attention. Then when she did come she had a attitude. As if I was inconveniencing her! Then the room stunk as if someone was smoking in there, I asked to change rooms, the 2nd one was no better. Then my son's van was broken into and come to find there are no cameras in the parking lot. Would not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone!

This hotel have the worst service, first don’t have nobody in front desk after 11pm, don’t change towels and if you want to change it by your self and take it to front desk they don’t have clean ones for change. They got a front desk personal that in the morning speak Spanish and in the night don’t she’s name is Cristina, for don’t give you an explanation for why you can go in to your room because they cut your card for access in one day before end your reservation, so if you considering to stay think about it.

Time with family

Pros: Location and clean room
Cons: Have some of the necessity for kitchen
Location: Our case mainly was to be with family, but the metro zoo was around the corner and access to highway
Great,but remember to bring pot,pan,utensils,cleaning supplies, paper products,plates etc.
