The air condition didn't work and we informed the staff in the morning and when we came back in the afternoon we went to the office and nothing was written about it. When we came at night the AC was still not working just blowing air and they were not willing to move us from the room. They said they change the filter, but that didn't fix the problem. Two days sleeping in a very hot room. In addition, the housekeepers are knocking out your door several times at 8 am on a Sunday. Then knock again at 8:30 when you have the lock on it. The room didn't have signs to not disturb. Very bad customer service and very bad maintenance. First time to have a bad experience in Miami.

It was ok, could hear everything in the hallways and the people in the other rooms. Had a weird smell in the hallway too

Nothing, they didn't have coffin although it was advertised, i asked for napkins and cups they didn't have that. After a couple of night's i realized I started getting bite mark, finally started looking around and there where bugs on the bed rails, the bed, and coming out the wall.

Great stay, very quiet. AC worked perfect and purchased Highspeed internet for a week, which also worked perfect. Plenty parking spaces, vending machines with drinks and snacks. Stayed for 7 nights, bed was comfortable. Amazing staff both day/night.
