Pretty good

Overall nice looking and good condition. There was only a "virtual" front desk and no humans which made it odd and very difficult to do a luggage hold when we arrived earlier than anticipated. Good deal for the price when compared to other close by locations. Walking distance from the beach and several restaurants.

Stayed a few blocks from this property at Kasa El paseo they had a place for extra towels and beach towels available. No hot water at times or very slow to get hot water. They had no front desk or any person there to talk about problems and if there was it was never disclosed who or where to talk to those people

Access was smooth and room (no. 203) was fine except that though the air conditioning on was on it did no cooling. It was stifling hot and we had to wedge the windows open with coat hangers to let cooler air in from outside. Though as no breeze took a long time to get closer to outside temperature. Also meant it was extremely noisy from outside road etc. so very disruptive sleep.

Parking was easy but not because the hotel helped. The door handle on the first "secure" door kept falling off There is no staff, no one to help, no one to hold your bags if your room isnt ready. You just wait in tge lobby with other angry people The shower was so difficult to use i almost gave up Coffee is a joke If i wanted to take out my own trash i would have stayed home

No temperature control in the room. No hot water. Broken coffee maker. Street racing intil 2am. No fan, so no air circulation. No parking, even parking structures nearby were all full. Absolutely no amenities at this hotel. No pool, no staff, nothing whatsoever to do in the premises, including no vending or ice machines

This hotel is close to everything from beach to dining & shopping. There are many restaurants next to the hotel. Walgreen is just one block away. There is also a French Bakery named Atelier Monnier (my favorite) a few steps away. This was my first time for digital check in and had no problem from accessing the front door to my room..very convenient. The room is simple/basic but clean and comfortable. I will stay here again.
