There were many difficulties. I waited for the van pickup at the airport for over an hour, and it was only after several telephone calls during which the front desk told me that van was on the way, that one actually appeared. When I arrived at the hotel I was chedked in and given given an electronic card room key whih did not work in the room lock. I returned to the desk and told the desk clerk that the key was not working, and he slid the card through a device and said that I sould go back and try it again, which I did to no avail. When I returned to the desk, admittedly more than a little annoyed, the was another person at the desk and she said that I should have a different room. This time the card key worked perfectly. Then, when I used the wifi information on a printed piece of paper in the envelope with the electronic room key, I noticed that the airport shuttle was scheduled to operate only between the hours of 6-8AM and 6-8PM, which was not what I had seen on the website when I booked the hotel. As my flight was scheduled to leave Miami airport at 6PM I was concerned, so I called the front desk to sort it out. When I said that I needed van transportation somewhere around 4 PM, I was told that the van did not operate at those hours, and when I said that the website information was different, the reply was that the hours had been changed. When I asked what my alternatives were, I was told that I should take a taxi. I eventually took an Uber ride.

Pls people be aware, this hotel is not what is advertised, the WiFi only works when everyone is asleep, only a few TV channel works... and the bed is shaky... The shuttle never came to the airport to pick us up, we had to take a taxi, only to be told we needed to call the hotel to inform them that we would have needed the shuttle...thats not what is advertised The breakfast, is ok...
