The staff at the front desk was very helpful. We coordinated a trip to Pompeii from front desk which was really great. There is a nice boardwalk that allowed you to walk all along to the various restaurants right next to and past our hotel. I suggest eating at those restaurants instead of going into Sorrento for dinners. Definitely bring water shoes or sandals for the beach which is very rocky. Water is crystal clear. I brought a snorkel mask and saw some (not a ton) fish along the rock jetty. Really glad we stayed here instead of Sorrento."
