The rooms were very dirty, fowl smell, sink stopped up, holes in the walls, NO SMOKE DETECTORS in any of the rooms and when informed front desk she said that was ok, heavy smoking in the other rooms could be smelt in hallways and rented rooms, carpet torn and burnt spots in both rooms I rented, curtains very dirty, door latches broken, brown soiled walls, blood stain on pillow, building in total in much disrepair. Due to our arrival time being very late that night we had no other option to find another place to stay. There is no way I would recommend this place to anyone friend or stranger. The photos do not reflect the true condition of this poor excuse of a place to stay. I was told at check in that I had to pay a damage deposit of $50, if that is charged to my account something is very wrong with expedia group.

Just OK

It was ok. Should have gotten a better rate. The room wad smaller than I'm use to. The tub wasn't that clean. The area was near shopping areas and eating palaces.

Surrounding neighborhood was undesirable.

Pros: Staff.
Cons: See above review.
Location: Ghetto. Get in your vehicle and travel several miles to do anything, including going to a convenience store.
First:. Ghetto like neighborhood. 2nd: Landscaping was a disaster. Tall 3 foot high weeds everywhere. Lawn bald in many areas. Shrubs growing out over the sidewalk several feet. 3rd: Pool was covered with tarp. Pool equipment strewn all around enclosed pool area. Trashy. 4th: Carpet in halls and guest rooms was stained and dirty. Has to throw away out white socks. 5th: Expected a hot breakfast for each of our 5 day stay. They hot warmer was empty with a sign that said" Broken". Had to go next door to IHOP for a decent breakfast.

Worse front desk experience - ever!

Hotel is ok, except there are still lots of renovations going on. There was a printed notice at the front desk saying that there was no water until 4pm (I checked in a little after 3). There was one person in line ahead of me when I was trying to check in....it took THIRTY MINUTES to check in, even after I had already made the reservation through Travelocity. People were walking up to the desk and asking her questions while she was helping me, and she would stop to answer their questions, then attend to their need, then come back. She did this probably 4-5 times. Then she answered the phone. Then she said she needed a credit card. I told her the room was already paid for. She said it was for incidentals. The card was "declined" (it was good, but I suspect she had no idea what she was doing). It then took her about 5 minutes to process the second card I gave her. No interaction. No words. No apologies. Just standing there waiting on her. When she was finally done, she handed me a key card and told me thank you. No instructions about breakfast. No instructions on where the room was. Nothing. When I was checking out the next morning the same lady was there. She was helping someone, so I waited, and waited, and waited, and then she finally asked if I was checking out. I said yes. She said (after waiting for about 10-15 minutes), "Oh, you can just leave the key on the desk." Won't stay again, even though room was ok.

Rooms were great but the glass doors on the shower

Rooms was nice but the tile follow and new shower door are not a good pair. The door is open at the bottom and causes a lot of water to escape the tub. By the time I was done my shower, there was a river of water to the door After cleaning it I spilled and fell. Nothing serious. I recommend area rugs

Breakfast

Pros: Location, the rooms had recently been remodeled. Very nice. Also, the price was excellent.
Cons: Breakfast service.
Location: Lots of area attractions. Knowledgeable staff to help.
We had to wait more than 30 minutes for the rude employee to bring out the breakfast items. When we complained. The desk attendant made poor excuses for the lack of service. Never had this happen before.

Location: you can go to beile st then just come back to sleep
all of first floor was under construction dust everywhere

great people

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: Nothing close, sewer smell
The only problem is the hotel has a sewer odor that they try to cover uo with sprays. They say its a city issue and they have no way to fix it. The food is good for being included, the people very pleasant and bend over backwards to help. The hotel has no nice places to eat unless you consider Taco Bell, Popeyes or IHOP nice. The area is a little run down, but the value is there. There are always police in the lobby having breakfast. You do feel safe.
