"Very shabby quality in the room and halls. Smells bad. Leather headboards on bed torn up."

"Overall not a pleasant experience. The first night was completely fine. After that we had little to no hot water and they “shut the ac off for the whole building” because the manager told them to do so. The room would not get below 76 degrees and after we complained they transferred us to a different room. I’m not sure why they would ever shut off AC to an entire building when there are hundred of guests staying there. The room was very dirty and the ceilings were falling apart. I paid for a king suite and ultimately got no hot water and the AC shut off. Not bad for price but would not recommend "

"Yes, the hotel was very pet friendly. The gal that checked us in was very accommodating. She gave us a discount for our pet since we stayed so many nights and gave us a room that went out onto the pool area on the 1st floor. Very nice of her ."

"Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several maintenance issues that impacted our experience. The primary bedroom lights and electrical outlets were not working, and the refrigerator was also not functioning properly, which made food storage difficult. We also encountered some bugs inside the home.While the property appeared generally clean, there were a few areas that needed more attention. Communication with the owner did happen, but responses were slower than we would have hoped given the issues.I hope these items are addressed, as the home has potential to provide a much better experience.We requested for a partial refund but no response."
