We booked the pool view room, thinking the room would be facing inside and less noise from the freeway. That was a mistake, we could not sleep at all the first night. We were able to move to a regular room that is much quieter. However, I am not happy they would still charge us $10 extra for the last 3 nights. Other than this, the hotel is clean and as good as expected.

Your night shift welcomed us at 2am with a smile and a happy to help attitude. Thank you Jeremy at that hour we were wiped out from the trip.
