The staff was so friendly and helpful. The texting feature is awesome! The breakfasts is simple and good. The room was clean. My only complaints are the smell of the room/hallways. Smells of old carpet. The hotel itself is very outdated. Overall a good stay and would stay again if in the area.

I had a great stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were excellent. Very nice and accommodating. The first night was miserable becase my room was adjacent to a hall entrence door. It kept me awake from the sqieeking and violently banging shut every time someone entered or exit the door. They movrd my room the next day by my request after that it was wonderful. Would have given 5 stars if not for the 1st horrible night. Need to fix door or not put guest in that room.

The day of check in, our keys did not work and typically we are informed of the breakfast times but that was not mentioned by the front desk so we looked it up when we got to the room. Other than this, the other front desk staff were extremely helpful.
