The AC wasn't working, when I went down to ask about my room being so hot, they told me to turn off the unit & open my windows. Mind you the windows only open 3 inches, as a woman in menopause, it was extremely hot in my room, reading at 75 degrees; I didn't sleep for 2 nights, couldn't wait to get out of there.

We were in Boston for one day to see the Celtics game. We were upgraded to a full suite and it was spacious and beautiful! This included a view of the harbor. The one thing we would’ve liked to be different was that we weren’t able to get room service after 10 PM.

Overpriced for the condition of the property. At this rate, you can’t afford a mini fridge in each room? I was told there were refrigerators “on request” but they weren’t because they don’t have enough. Because of that, I had to throw out a lot of food. I was “upgraded” to a Junior suite - which didn’t have a view, which was my original request. It’s a fine, clean, safe hotel, but for the price, you can do better.
