This is my favorite hotel in Ft smith. Very clean and feels like home. I love the patios to sit at, play games, swim, weight area, bicycles, snacks, fridge, microwave. Good breakfast.

This place was clean and the room was perfect. The only thing I would say was kinda of a pain is the elevator was slow. There was two elevators but only one was working. I assume the other one was a service elevator. I would definitely stay there again.
