Hotel Santa Justa Lisboa
After a long flight, they had our room ready and let us check in very early(around 11am). The staff were very pleasant, room was very clean and the complimentary mini-bar was a nice touch.

Breakfast was bad. Eggs were old, mushrooms were cold, sausage had bones in it, I tried to order fried eggs and was told by a very rude waitress they could not make fried eggs. We had an absolutely excellent stay at the Meliã - the staff were so kind and helpful, the restaurant and bar are our happy places every time we fly in and out of LIS, and we were given a room upgrade unasked. Simply a brilliant stay and we will be back! Obrigada e até próxima.
