"When we arrived the check-in person was not to be found. After about 5 minutes they came to the front desk and checked us in. Not very friendly at all, but it is downtown Dallas. We were told to park in the garage so we proceeded to pass through where the sign said height was 6'4", our Brand new SUV rubbed the sign! I am 6'2" and got out and am taller than our vehicle, So the sign was hanging under 6'. We proceeded up the garage levels where again, some places were high, some barley 6' tall. We finally backed down a level to park without scraping our vehicle again. It was very dark inside and we did Not feel safe at all. Homeless people walked through the entry way to hotel while we waited on a Lyft to go to dinner. Needless to say, we will not stay here again. The hotel needs to have someone outside where you pull up to check in to keep guests feeling safe and comfortable. Don't recommend."
