Cons: Tell evening bar staff to stop going straight to unaccompanied men for their orders when unaccompanied women are also sitting there.
Nice hotel, very clean, close to everything downtown. Most staff was very, very nice and helpful. Bar staff knew a number of the customers and took their time with those they didn't know.

Close to centriplex.

Outdated rooms. Toilet was stopped up at arrival. Mouth rinse and soap had already been used. So room was half clean. No towels in room. I would only recommend for a one night stay because it's so close to the centriplex.

Business Trip Review

Beautiful Lobby. No microwaves or refrigerators in room. Food in the lobby resteraunt is very very expensive. All full breakfast meals are over $*. My co-worker had mold on her shower curtain, used towels in the shower and cheerios in her wrapped glasses. The emergeny alarm went off twice during my three day stay, once at 1:30 in the morning. After being told one late check-out policy by an evening employee, we were suprised when the rude manager told us it was untrue the next day. It was ultimately adjusted by someone esle. Though we had some hiccups, it is ultimately a nice hotel. They need to offer free internest, everyone else does. The menu is also too pricey for those traveling on business with strict food allowance guidelines.
