Quartz Hotel & SPA
"One of the most overrated places I’ve ever been to. They try so hard to create the image of an exclusive, high-end venue, but in reality, it’s nothing special and definitely not worth the money. The staff acts like they’re better than everyone else. Instead of making guests feel welcome, they constantly ..."

Rosarito Beach Hotel
"Rosarito Beach Hotel is in a very convenient location, with easy access to the beach and downtown right outside. The hotel is nice and offers good value, but I experienced several issues during my two-night stay. Check-in could be improved. There was a line in the lobby, yet some staff members were talking among themselves instead of helping guests, and a few seemed bothered when asked for assistance. The room was a decent size and comfortable, but no clean towels were provided. I had to call twice before they were delivered. The food at Azteca Restaurant was disappointing and overpriced. Some staff members, especially the waiters taking orders by the pool, could also be rude. There are much better dining options nearby. The main pool was nice, but the children’s pool was very dirty and had a lot of sand in it. On our final day, there was a power outage in the area, and we had no electricity or running water before checkout. This may have been outside the hotel’s control, but it made the end of our stay inconvenient. Overall, I would stay here again because of the location, beach access, and affordable price, but I would return with lower expectations for the service and plan to eat elsewhere."
