No curtains on the window, lots of traffic noise and the towels were dirty. Paid $320 a night for a $100 room.

The overall stay was okay. The breakfast was highly disappointing. They would not allow self serve and had a lady there making waffles for you and apparently they quit serving anything but carbs. As a diabetic, I couldn’t have anything. No meats, eggs, anything that would work. I booked this place because they included a full hot breakfast, which they did not.

The bedding was dirty and there was a huge rust stain in tub. We were told we could not get another room.

Requested handicapped room. Was not available Bathtub had nasty looking rusted that looked like crap. I mean... it really looked like human waste. Wife never showed in it.

There were not enough parking spaces for all of the guests. Both nights I did not have a parking space. First night staff was very nice and helpful and told me to park right in front. Second night staff was very rude and told me "I don't know what to tell you, I can't make anyone else move." There were not any nearby areas to park.

Absolutely happy about my stay at Comfort Suite and Inn at Lubbock!! Room was very clean as well as the bathroom! Bed was amazing!! Very very comfortable—made up with soft sheets/comfort—even the pillows were comfy! From the very easy check in to breakfast gets the highest rating!!!
