On the morning of the Homecoming Game, the breakfast lounge was packed and ran out of food. The desk lady rushed into the kitchen to bring out food for the guests when the cook(s) didnt show up on time. She deserves a huge raise and recognition

Never set foot in this place its scary for anyone

No and they had construction right outside the room they gave me. They told me they were refunding my money but now i have 2 charges for Rodeway. I finally came to another hotel with better rooms and service

Staff was friendly. The beds were uncomfortable. The pillows were flat. You can hear the neighbors above and beside you. The rooms are a little outdated and you can smell the carpets. Good for a one night stay after a night out.

Obviously the room above ours had a leak and it was just covered up with paint. Mold is showing. stains on the comforter, when opening the sofa bed we discovered massive ugly stains on couch cushions.They could have been cleaned and not just flipped over. Shower walls and tub are in desperate need of a true cleaning and take the paint of the tub its peeling and looks ugly. Fix the fan,change the light bulb,and two useless switches in the restroom. Breakfast was reheated from the day before it was gross. This hotel used to be so well maintained and beautiful. This hotel is overpriced for what you get now,the rooms may be bigger but what you get is no different compare than a Motel 6.

The property itself was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and fresh looking. The complimentary breakfast was very good, freshly made every day and tables and chairs to sit and eat. We loved the coffee!! The room was very nice, and spacious. The rolling shades instead of drapes was great! The room smelled nice, too. There were a couple minor things about the amenities: the treadmill was not working and the pool hadn’t been cleaned. The water was too cold (for us) to swim, so the cleanliness of the pool didn’t matter at that time. (And there isn’t a hot tub). But other than those things, GREAT STAY. We were there for a whole week!

For the price, this was a nice room. I had a king suite with the balcony access to the pool. We didn’t get to utilize the pool due to rain, but the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
