They gave me the wrong room when I entered someone else’s bag were there. A bell man handed me new keys on the opposite end of the property. I called front desk because my tv would not turn on. I came back to the room it still didn’t work a maid was able to turn it on then she left. Then it wouldn’t change channels. I went to the pool and took one of my keys when I came back my room key wouldn’t open the door. The maid opened it and made sure my of key worked before I went out again.

I love Tesoro ad always stay here when visiting Cabo San Lucas. The staff, the food, the view, the location, and the pool are all perfect! I highly recommend Tesoro Los Cabos for your vacation.

Our room had the best marina view we've ever had in all the years we have visited. No complaints about the staff or the facilities at all. Every day we observed staff cleaning and taking care of everything while being very friendly and accommodating.

Being partially disabled the distance to the room was not satisfactory. The stairs at the end of the hall going up to the room were very seep and long. We had cold water for showers for 5 days even after numerous complaints. would not stay here again. Several of the staff were argumentative when complaints were registered.

We have been staying with Tesorofor almost 13 yearsThe first 3 days of our visit we did not have hot water due to a burst pipe in a guest's room. Our safe in our room would not work so we could not vacate the room. Security had to replace it. Then the ceiling fan and the the TV remote were not working.
