WE WERE ROBBED DURING OUR STAY! $2500 worth of electronics were taken. The hotel security came to the room and looked everywhere and in all of our suitcases, drawers, etc. Unfortunately, nothing was ever found. To make matters worse, we reported that we had locked the balcony slider but the maid left it unlocked after cleaning - TWICE - after the robbery occurred. No offer of any remittance was given, so we left with being out another $2500 to replace our electronics. Will never stay this hotel again, nor any RIU, despite the rest of the trip being very enjoyable.

Good staff and clean rooms. The east side of the hotel is loud because of the party pit next door. Krystal resturant was our lest favorite. We didnt finish anything we ordered for dinner.
