We enjoyed our stay at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Resort. The all inclusive ammenities made our stay memorable and efficient. Riding around in the morning carts made it helpful to travel from one part of the resort to the other. The staff was prompt and friendly. The view from our room was spectacular. Each day we look forward to visiting a different part of the resort. We also appreciated the free shuttle service to Pubelo Bonito Rose.

My husband and I traveled to this resort to get married. We had heard good things about the resort but the hotel by far exceeded our expectations! The hotel staff is so nice and courteous. The resort is very large but don’t worry because they have an abundant amount of friendly cart staff driving around ready to pick you up! The beach isn’t swimable at this resort which was the only downfall but the other resorts have beaches you can swim at. I would recomend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Cabo!

Friendly staff; food was excellent; spread out

Pros: Clean, rooms were nice, private balconies.
Cons: Eliminate pool card distribution if not using it.
Pretty much have to call for a golf cart to pick you up and take you places, but they are quick. We’re given pool towel cards, but never asked for them. Have to sign with your room number for everything. Beautiful grounds, very friendly staff. Usually go to Cancun, Cabo was much nicer on most fronts. Speedy Shuttle with 3 stops took about 1.5 hours to get to hotel. Next time will get transportation without sharing with others.we had a great time, would go back. Paid for ocean front view, when looking around, did not see any that were not. Get high enough room, we looked at mostly palm trees.

***First: Manuel at the front desk was extremely helpful when we checked in. My wife and I didn't read any reviews and stayed here due to a wedding, so we can't complain too much, but if you like the cruise ship kind of vibe, then this place would probably be right up your alley. Very kid-friendly. We did the all-inclusive package and if you intend to stay on property the whole time, then that's definitely the way to go (read below). The grounds are beautiful, but we were a bit overwhelmed getting used to getting around. Traversing the hillside can be a serious headache (it's built into a cliffside). You're ushered around the property by little carts, which is fine, but the waits can be really long and lines are the norm. We also didn't realize that due to it's location, how big of a chore it would be trying to go anywhere else. To get to the sister hotel which is on the more prominent Medano Beach, you've gotta make a reservation, take a shuttle to the market and then wait for the bus, which then takes about another half hour. If you were to taxi, I imagine it'd be about 20-30 bucks, maybe more. If you're not used to cruising around the back streets of Mexico, that ride will likely make you more than a little nervous. The beach out front is breathtaking, but swimming in the ocean is off limits most of the time to anyone less than an expert (ie: extremely dangerous). Not our cup of tea, but not to say some people wouldn't like it.

We appreciated to take the time to write your comments and feedback in regarding your experience in Pueblo Bonito Sunset. Thank you for your stay here and I will pass along your comments to Manuel that he did a wonderful job at your first touch with the hotel. We are thrilled that there are aspects to your liking. All the staff here strive the excellence all ways possible and we provide services for your best comfort. Regarding your comments to the service of Bell Boys, we are going to redouble efforts to reduce the waiting time in line. We are concern about the transportation time to our sister Resort because the bus leaves the Sunset property hourly and is for the comfort of our guest too. We sorry to read that we did not meet your expectations this time. We pride ourselves on delivering a pleasant and relaxing experience. We hope to welcoming you back and prove the impeccable service we are known for. Best regards.

Absolutely Breathtaking

Wow!!!! 8 days wasn’t long enough!! At first the resort can seem a little overwhelming but by day 2 we understood to call for a car to pick you up & we learned where everything was. The only downfall to the resort is at 5pm all the swim up bars close. We had activities during the day so by the time we got back they were closing. We had to get out to go of the pool to another bar to get drinks. There are so many different pools to swim it’s so Beautiful everywhere. With the all inclusive you have 24 hr room service to order anything is included. We had the executive suite it was absolutely Amazing!!! Everyone is so friendly & willing to help with anything!! The food is so delicious everywhere! We had all inclusive there were so many choices you will never get bored with the same thing. Free shuttle to the the Rose’ where the Medano beach is you can swim (tip-bring googles this is the 2nd saltiess sea). You can also eat at all the other resorts connected with Sunset. Taxis are kinda expensive so try to use the shuttle. From the Rose’ you can walk into town to shop, it’s very safe. We never felt worried or anything. This is absolutely an Amazing Resort with so many benefits.
