It was a bad experience. Although I payed the whole reservation amount through expedia.com, they charge me extra money fee ($16) for the same night you reserved. The pool is dirty, no service and no bath towels at it. The services in general are limited and a lot od delay. The paking in most hotels are for 40$ - 45$. This hotel charges 66$ for a night. Not recommended for families 😕.

I would be perfect if the laundry room has the obvious sign which one is a washer or dryer and made me hard to notice at tgat time. Or the laundry room should be more specious, then the machines can be more organized and do not make a confusion.

I did not like that there was a parking fee for having your own vehicle to be parked on their site while you were staying there. $66 a night is too much on top of the nightly stay. Aside from that, you can clearly hear all the ambulances and planes that departs when the hotel stay is not really cheap too. I am aware that it is near the LAX airport but to feel like a window was open with those loud sounds was terrible. Housekeeping was only available upon request since we stayed 3 nights, which I don’t mind. Only good thing was breakfast included, but with the paid parking because you have no choice, I was not happy that I booked into this hotel.

We have returned to this hotel numerous times because it has some good amenities. The atrium design is wonderful. Breakfast is great and Happy Hour is a bonus. We were able to check in early which was appreciated after an overnight flight. Highly recommended!
