The food was terrible, seven meals three were satisfactory. There was so much salt on fries none of the three kids could eat them. Corn dogs so burnt even the hotdog was burnt. Grilled cheese with I think was bacon, too burnt to tell.

Excellent stay but noisy

As always, Embassy Suites delivers comfort and space! Excellent service, excellent room, nice, clean and did I mention there is a LOT of room in their suite. Enjoyed the reception, the breakfast and all the hard effort by the hotel staff. Really good stay. Well.... the AC fan was noisy, and there was a lot of noise coming from the road... will have to remember to request a higher floor next time.

Rooms were old and outdated bedding had stains TVs are old and outdated limited towels in rooms however staff are friendly welcoming and nice hotel is way too expensive for the outdated appliances and property $60 a night for parking is absolutely ridiculous I suggest using spot hero for parking we only paid $20 a night

The staff at Embassy suites are amazing, they make up for the not spanking clean property outside. Inside they are doing above and beyond with breakfast and their snack area for happy hour.. some smell out side the hotel

Comfortable and good breakfast available. Handy having an airport shuttle to the property. We found the proximity to the airport great for viewing the planes but rather noisy at night and got disturbed sleep.

I want to preface by saying the staff was great, if anything I think it's the owners or management. I arrived during a heat wave and the AC was not adequate to cool the room. They couldn't change my room or fix the ac, all they offered was a fan. Which for the most part just blew hot air. It made it difficult to sleep which made the rest of the trip more difficult then needed The room was clean but in the first level there was a big roach in the bathroom. You can give them the benefit of the doubt that it slipped in through a door but it was still unsightly. Again the staff was always friend and great, use wish they gave them the tools to do more.
