WORST HOTEL!
I check in and the guy said they give me the best room they have! But it’s actually old far and dark corner room. 1. BED WAS SO SQUICKY AND LOUD WHEN WE TOSS AND TURN AND NOT COMFORTABLE. 2. TOILET DOES NOT WORK. 3. I ASK FOR 2 BATH RIBS AND THEY SAID THEY RAN PUT OF BATH ROB! YOU MUST BE JOKING. 4. I ASK FOR 2 SLIPPERS AND I WAITED FOR A WHILE AND NO ONE CAME I HAD TO CALL THE SECOND TIME AND THE GUY SAID TO COME DOWN AND GET IT AT THE FRONT DESK! ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW! 5 EVERYTIME I PICK UP THAT PHONE TO REQUEST TOOTHBRUSH ROB AND SLIPPERS FEELS LIKE THE STAFF DOES NOT WANT TO WORK THERE, THE ATTITUDE. I CANT. FRUSTRATING!

Nice hotel, love the decor and the rooms are a decent size. Just hate that the bathroom is right when you walk in and it’s not closed off. Only issue I had was the WiFi was out all night until the next day so it was a bit frustrating.

The hotel itself was decent. The room was a little smaller than others I've been in, and it had weird areas that were not useable. Our room had a strange smell, but only sometimes. We addressed this with the front desk and it was never resolved. I also had an airpod (just one) go missing. I don't think it was stolen, but they were on the nightstand with both in when I left, then only one was in once I returned. Again, this was never resolved so that was super disappointing. $250 in property loss is not something I take lightly. Also they charged more at the property than Expedia originally stated. I've never experienced this before.
