Ian was an exceptional host—very responsive and helpful. The location is the real star of this property; it's within easy walking distance of all the major attractions, restaurants, and cafes. We especially appreciated being so close to a park and playground. The flat itself was well-kept and clean, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver on hot days. Even though the area is busy, the bedrooms were surprisingly quiet, which made for a great stay.

The apartment has plenty of room and is located centrally from all the sites. It was very clean with great air conditioning (for summer) and it is very quiet. There is a beautiful park steps away from the apartment and it is a great spot to grab a coffee and relax in the morning. We would love to stay there again!

Thank you for letting us stay at your home! The property was perfect and in a great location. The apartment was clean and fantastic for families…and very quiet. The host clearly communicated everything during our stay. I would recommend the location and property to others!

Great spot!

We had a wonderful time at this VRBO in London! The location can’t be beat- loads of restaurants, coffee shops, etc, right at your doorstep and 2 underground stations. The street outside is hustling and bustling, but it was very quiet inside. The condo is great and the beds were super comfortable. We would absolutely come back!

Superb Location is Just the Beginning

We've stayed in several London VRBOs, and thought this flatt among the best. The location simply can't be bettered: walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The kitchen had everything we needed (and we cook a lot); the bedrooms were isolated from any street noise, with comfortable beds; lots of hot water in the shower and the AC worked splendidly. I could go on at great length, but the short version is: a first rate flat.

Terrific Apartment

This apartment is a great find and we will be back. My family of 4 stayed for 4 nights. Ian is very nice, gives clear instructions and is super responsive. The apartment is really nice and truly in the middle of it all. It made getting around incredibly easy. I absolutely recommend it.

Perfect spot for our family.

Could not be happier. It was an amazing stay. Ian‘s flat is an a perfect location right next to 2 tube stops. Ian was an amazing host and attentive to all of our needs. Very responsive and went out of his way to ensure we had a smooth, check in and stay. The flat is very well equipped and quiet despite its location above a busy street in the middle of everything in London. Would definitely stay here again the next chance we get.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful time in London which was greatly enhanced by this apartment. The apartment has been completely updated, is well maintained, is extremely clean and has modern amenities. My family of four adults felt very comfortable here. Although the apartment is on a busy street, it is very quiet. The location is perfect - two tube lines within 3 minutes of the front door, and many of the major tourist attractions and great restaurants are within a short walking distance. It was wonderful to walk along the Thames most evenings! Ian was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

It would be difficult to beat the location of this condo/apartment. Lots of attractions nearby as well as the tube if you need to use that. Very comfortable and Ian is easy to talk with and helpful with suggestions and advice. Our first time in London and we would stay there again if and when we return.

Wonderful home base in London

Ian was a very kind and accommodating host, allowing us to drop our bags early after our long transatlantic flight. The space was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teen boys. The location is great. Right in the thick of things and convenient to absolutely everything. There are so many people right outside the door I was worried it would be loud inside, but there are 2 sets of windows and the bedrooms are not on the street side so it was actually quite quiet. The beds and bedding were super comfortable. He has everything you need for a wonderful stay.

Perfect, gorgeous place with wonderful host

Our expectations were exceeded with Ian’s flat - not only is it stylish, spacious, fully equipped, and super comfortable, it is steps from two different underground stations, the Charing Cross train station, a drug store, small supermarket, and The National Gallery. We were here during the heat wave and were thankful that each room had AC as well. Would stay here again.

Excellent central London location

Modern apartment with two bedrooms /2 baths that served as a nice base to explore city. My wife and I stayed there with our 2 sons who are in early 20’s . It was nice to have some shared space and not be in hotels for entire trip .
