Bruit Terrible route travaux dans le rue aux marteaux piqueurs lit trop petit et inconfortable

Avant même d'arriver, nous avons dû payer directement le propriétaire ! J'ai appelé Abritel et on m'a dit que c'était normal pour les propriétaires professionnels !Je croyais qu'Abritel interdisait les règlements directs aux propriétaires.Les photos de l'annonce sont sympathiques, A notre arrivée le système d'ouverture de la porte était trop compliqué (un système a côté de la porte et un autre sur la serrure !).Juste devant la porte du studio il y avait un piège à souris !!Dans l'appartement les éléments étaient de qualité moyenneLe lit trop petit pour un couple (normal)La table montrée sur les photos est sur charnière. Il faut la mettre soi même (pas assez de place dans le studio).mais surtout les fenêtres ne sont pas insonorisées et nous avons passé un cauchemar (nous n'avons pas pu dormir)A 8 heures du matin nous avons été sorti du lit pas un bruit dans la rue; des travaux aux marteaux piqueurs.Nous devions rester 4 nuits, nous avons immédiatement quitté le logement à 10 heures (1 nuit au lieu de 4) et malgré tous les problèmes signalés au propriétaire, il ne veut pas nous rembourser au moins 2/3 nuits.Nous avons dû trouver un hôtel pour les autres nuits afin de ne pas revivre le même cauchemar afin de dormir au calme.Bref, une très mauvaise expérience avec le gestionnaire de l'appartement qui ne veut rien entendre et qui a dû relouer l'appartement les 3 nuits.Qu'il nous prouve que ce n'est pas le cas.Heureusement Abritel est à l'écoute de ses clients.
