We had a lovely stay here. All the facilities were excellent, the staff were all really friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to Ansel who checked us in, upgraded our room and was super helpful throughout our stay.

Perfectly comfortable hotel. Walking distance to many of the sights along southbank. Large, quiet room. We couldn't work out how to change between the shower heads but it was all very comfortable, functional and we had a good stay. It was annoying that southwark tube station was shut this weekend as we chose the hotel due to proximity to a tube station on the jubilee line as were going to an event at the O2. Some warning of this would have been good in the many pre arrival emails But otherwise it fit the bill well
