Appartement spacieux, bien situĂ©, avec vue sur Tower Bridge, mais... Pas d'eau chaude Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. AprĂšs une rapide vĂ©rification, la cause la plus probable est une panne du chauffe-eau (un ballon Ă©lectrique, probablement en panne depuis plusieurs jours). J'ai envoyĂ© un message Ă  l'agence (Houst) le soir de notre arrivĂ©e. Sans rĂ©ponse le lendemain matin, j'ai tĂ©lĂ©phonĂ© Ă  l'agence. MalgrĂ© une promesse d'intervention dans la journĂ©e, personne n'est passĂ© Ă  l'appartement. Et silence radio de l'agence. Bien entendu nous n'avons obtenu aucune compensation. Hormis ce dĂ©sagrĂ©ment : - le mĂ©nage n'Ă©tait pas fait Ă  fond (peut-ĂȘtre Ă©tait-ce dĂ» au manque d'eau chaude) - la literie Ă©tait plutĂŽt mauvaise. Conclusion : Ă  Ă©viter, sauf peut-ĂȘtre pour les amateurs de douches froides.

Pros: - Excellent location with easy access to underground station, Hop On/Off bus station and cruise pier from River Thames. All within walking distance and very convenient to go anywhere. - A number of hotels in the area so feel safe to walk around. - Good view of London Bridge from the apartment. Cons: - The instruction said go to the 3rd floor so we pressed 3 on the elevator but in fact it is 2, something to watch for. - Overall the unit is clean except a bit dusty on the thermal area in the washroom. - It is quite warm in the unit but luckily there are fans. - Could get quite noisy in the wee-hours from the bars close by especially weekend.

Can’t beat the view and location! It was a good size flat for 6 people but the pullout sofa was not comfortable as a bed. If the flat were updated, it would be THE place to be! Overall, we’re happy.

If you going to London this is the place to stay. You will not regret it. Close to the train to get you around. You can easily hail taxi. The restaurants close by were delicious . The little shops were great. The best of all the view of London Bridge in the main room and both bedrooms! Just awesome communication from the host.
