The room was spacious and the bed very comfy. Bizarrely though the TV didn't face the bed so you either moved the chest of drawers it was stood on or sat at the dressing table to watch it. Heating was effic enough although I wouldn't want to be in the same room in deepest winter as it had double aspect windows and I couldn't get the temperature above 21c.

We checked in and the staff were lovely , super quick and very informative. Room , though small , was perfect ( bathroom door needs some attention though as a little water damaged ) , shower adequate. Breakfast was wonderful , our room rate included b'fast , and we had a cooked to order full english and buffet cold selection. nice touch was the drinks vouchers for husbands birthday . lovely location , close to Tower hill tube. overall a wonderful stay, thankyou

Lovely welcoming staff on reception desk, room was great, much bigger than expected for central London, very clean, great little extras, kettle and coffee machine, fridge in room with a selection of complimentary soft drinks and snacks, toiletries etc. Location was great, 2 minute walk from tube.
