The location was ideal. Tube station was literally a two minute walk, plenty of dining choices close by. The rooms were small and a little cramped. Shower had amazing water pressure, but was just a little small. The only thing that was a little displeasing was the breakfast that was provided with a surcharge. Not quite worth the £8 for the little selection. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. Staff were all super friendly and very helpful.

The staff was great! I emailed several times with requests and or questions prior to my arrival. They always answered back and we're very accommodating. The hotel for as many guest as it had was always quiet and clean. I liked that they asked us to leave the key card at the door while we were out, as this kept us from worrying about keeping up with it ( I traveled with my mother) and if either of us chose to go off and do our own thing, we knew we would always be able to get in the room without worrying about getting the key from the other. We opted not to get the breakfast however the tea and coffee was always replenished. The tray needed to be wiped down as the clean mugs got sticky around the rum from being placed upside down on it. I would definately stay again.

Very good location, very close to a large tube station, close to shops, etc, but a little off the main drag of kensington, which is nice. Very bare bones, but we slept well. Staff is very nice.

Well it is a proper English hotel with no AC, just enough room for your bags, hall ways are ment for one person at a time, rooms have no ventilation besides a window and the rooms hold heat. It is in a nice enough neighborhood that i can tell based on the cars parked out front. Very close to food/shops/the tube

This criticism is aimed at Travelocity, not Hotel

Pros: clean, good staff
Cons: bed was horrible
Location: location is not near the airport
The room was ok, the staff was great, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever experienced in Europe, I laid down and sunk to the foundation, way too soft. I did not expect a lot for the price, We only needed a place to lay our head for a few hours between flights. My complaint is with Travelocity. When I booked the room, I used two filters. I wanted to be close to Heathrow and I wanted an airport shuttle. I used both of those filters and this hotel was one on my options. It was clean and had decent reviews for the price, so I booked it. Problem is this hotel is no where near the airport!. I needed to get from Gatwick to Heathrow and planned on using National Express shuttle to Heathrow. This hotel was nowhere near Heathrow and since it was 130 am the tube was not running on a sunday night. We had to book a Taxi, it was a 151 dollar ride to the hotel! We bit the bullet and thought, at least we have the Hotel shuttle to take us to Heathrow in the morning. Wrong! no hotel shuttle. We had to get up extra early to take the tube to the airport. Which went smoothly enough. But the point is, we had a 12 hour layover and just needed a place to lay our heads a few hours. All this maneuvering only allowed us about 4 hours in the room. All of this could have been avoided had the Travelocity app filters worked properly

not the greatest

Hotel was not in area that web site claimed. Was farther from a noted London attraction than stated. Offered breakfast each morning. This consisted of juice, coffee, toast and cereal. Stated in web site "lifts" or an elevator was at location, well we were there 4 days , elevator was out of order with no indication of when it may be fixed. Room was ok a nice view, but poor design in bathroom, ( a large step up into bathroom) and very small. Room's closet was very close to bed and you couldn't stand in front of closet , open doors, and move a suite case in or out. Room was cleaned nicely each day and restocked as needed. Personal were pleasant and helpful.

Nice and Cozy!

Pros: We stayed in a 2 bed twin room and it was the perfect size for the two of us. The staff was very nice and the rooms were very clean!
Cons: Bigger shower towels would be nice!
Location: About a 3 minuet walk to Earls Court Tube Station, Nando's, Zizzi's, and a Gourmet Buger place! 15 min. walk to Gloucester rd or Kensington High St.
Im so glad that I found this hotel! It was beautiful and perfect for my friend and I's week long visit to London. We stayed in a 2 bed twin room and it was the perfect size for the two of us. About a 3 minuet walk to Earls Court Station, Nando's, Zizzi's, and a Gourmet Burger place! Oh and a McDonalds! The staff was very nice and the rooms were very clean!
