Even though it was an older building, it was clean. Breakfast was good each morning and our rooms were freshly made each evening. It’s in a really good area and close to the tube, bus stop and parks.

Good location, easily walkable from Paddington and Queensway Tube Station ( Central Line) . The Reception staff were superb and very helpful. Nice area, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, in addition to Kensington Park. The room met our needs with all the facilities we required. I've stayed in a few hotels around this area and this was the best, I've used. We had our 5 year old Granddaughter with us and the staff were so kind to her, she liked it too .

We had the best experience at this hotel. The room had everything we needed, the hotel looks simple from the outside, but is really nice inside and it gives London vibes! The staff is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The front desk attendants were nice and knowledgeable, and helped us navigate the city. It is about 5-10 minutes walk to public transportation, depending on which station you need to get to. The walks around the hotel were peaceful, quiet, and felt really safe. There are small convenience stores nearby for anything you might need in the middle of the night. There is an elevator so it’s easy to go back and forth from the higher floor levels. But it’s also nice to walk down the beautiful stairs! The breakfast is good as well. We’ll gladly come back and we recommend this hotel.

Great overall

It was in a excellent location and Paddington station was a 10 minute walk away which was convenient. There’s a number of things I hope the hotel can change. First the mirror is placed in such a place where you can’t even see yourself, maybe invest in long mirrors that is towards the window for better lighting. Second the room gets hot and there was just a small air conditioner but the back vent is meant to face outside of the window but that was not possible. The bathroom, I think soap is very outdated and unhygienic maybe invest in dispensing soap. Overall I honestly did like it, it’s just the little things that could make such a big difference. The elevator is a tad ridiculous though haha I could not believe how tiny.

Great London location. Family friendly

Super friendly staff, very responsive. We stayed in a family room (5 ppl) and it was very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast spread. Centrally located between 3 stations in a quiet, safe neighborhood with pubs, restaurants and convenience stores close by.

Really lovely hotel, cannot fault the cleanliness. Room was good size (double & single bed), decor was fresh & modern. Staff were so polite & helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The area around the hotel was lovely, serene & well kept - Bayswater is a nice area. Good choice for breakfast - fruit, yoghurts, cereal, breakfast pastries, selection of meats, scrambled eggs, beans, toast, tea, coffee & fruit juices. Tube station & buses only 4 minutes walk from hotel. Will definitely stay again.
