Disappointing. Host had both the check in and check out times "listed wrong" on VRBO and they did not honor those times. We paid for two working bathrooms and neither fully worked. In one, the shower head didn't work so we were told to use a handheld that pointed at you about mid waist. Makes for a cold shower when half your body is standing above where the water comes out! The other shower worked but the drain was clogged so spilled water out all over the bathroom floor within a minute or two of showering so you couldn't really use it. Host was informed and someone was to come out next morning to clear the clog and they never came, so we had two limited functioning showers for our whole stay. Host didn't get our msg about the issue for quite a while or perhaps it could have been resolved during our stay. The back of one dining chair was completely broken upon our arrival also. Wifi doesn't work in half the unit and we didn't discover there was an extender that could be plugged in until the morning of our check out when we were checking drawers for our items. The unit has potential to be great. Nice location both to Earl's Court tube and grocery store. Some very basic things like getting times right on a website could make for a much better experience for their guests.
