The staff was so helpful and gave me a good tip on how to arrange travel to Heathrow via Uber. It was my first time in London and this place was perfect. I even walked to Big Ben and the London Eye from the hotel, a 15 minute walk.

We really enjoyed the hotel. It appears new and clean and is in good condition. The beds are firm and comfortable. The rooms are very small, but that is made clear in the description. We enjoyed the options on the ipad for controling the lighting and temperature from the bed.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, great location! If you prefer a traditional hotel room with a sofa, chair, desk, etc. this is not the one. You get what you need at (any) CitizenM. They are ideal for short stays. The service is excellent. The rooms are small, clean, efficient and techo. We had the breakfast and it exceeded expectations - especially with unlimited espresso.
