Original booking for a different hotel fell through, so Expedia booked this hotel on my behalf. When checking in, I was told that it hadn’t fully processed and I needed to sort it out myself. I had gotten no email, no number to call or anything and had to get it from reception. Luckily wasn’t too hard to sort out but somewhat annoying if you’re on a time crunch or just want to get in and relax. The hotel is also mainly apartments as well, and I was told by someone else at reception that they usually do not deal with guests. Any issues I had with would have to go through the portal (which I never received since I didn’t get an initial email) and had to email / call them with any issues. Overall not bad, but just initially very frustrating
