We loved staying at Couples Negril. The staff are wonderful! Special shout out the phenomenal dive team- Richard, Byron and Sugar (sorry if I forgot anyone.) My husband dived with them everyday and had a terrific experience. He was able to get his advanced open water certification which he was thrilled about. All of the restaurants were great, we enjoyed every meal. The beach is beautiful - calm and clear ocean was wonderful. We appreciated that they gave guests 2 reusable water bottles to refill at filtered water stations throughout the resort. The rooms could use some refreshing, but they are clean and had a nice view, though hearing the road noise was unpleasant at times. Really a minor issue because we were only in our rooms to sleep and shower. One suggestion I would make: my husband and I do not drink alcohol. While they had a lot of non alcoholic mixed drinks, it would nice if they offered non-alcoholic beer and/or wine. We enjoyed staying at Sans Sousi several years ago, but we really loved Couples Negril and will definitely be returning !!!!!

Beautiful resort on the beach. Our stay included Free transportation to/from Montego Bay airport to the resort. Rooms were clean, resort staff was accommodating. Only improvements I would recommend is more dining options. We had an amazing time, would return again!

We loved our stay at Couples Negril. The room was great, the food at Otaheiti was awesome, and the beach was beautiful. I’m not sure how this place can get bad reviews but I saw a few before our stay. DO NOT believe them. Great place!

We had a wonderful trip to Negril. Property was perfect size, beach was incredible and cannot praise more highly the super friendly, attentive, amazing staff. Food was mostly good, wish there was another dining option. Would definitely visit again.

For Us, it was perfect. The vibe suited us well. It was excellent. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff was responsive. The food was great. The beach is one of the best we've ever been to. The amenities are awesome. We had the best 25th wedding anniversary possible!

The resort is in a great location with a truly stunning beach—soft sand, clear water, and beautiful sunsets. The grounds are lush and well-kept, and the overall vibe is relaxing and romantic. However, the hotel rooms are very outdated and in serious need of renovation. The furnishings and bathrooms feel worn and far from what you’d expect for the price and resort rating. The biggest letdown by far was the food. Across multiple restaurants, the food was consistently low quality, poorly prepared, and in some cases made me physically unwell. I experienced stomach problems after dining at several of the on-site restaurants. The buffet had a very limited selection, and much of the food didn’t look appetizing and didn’t taste good either. On multiple visits, I noticed bugs crawling on the dessert section, which was extremely off-putting. I had high hopes for this trip, but the overall experience didn’t match the resort’s reputation. The beach is a highlight, but the rooms and food need major improvement.
