"Wonderful hotel. All the staff were so lovely and made our visit extra special. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was beautiful. Little treats such as pastel de natas in our room on arrival, little bottles of wine with cheese, meats and crackers and gerberas for the ladies at breakfast were such thoughtful touches. The rooms were so comfortable. The location was central and perfect for seeing Lisbon."

"We stayed here 3 nights and it was in the center of everything. We were able to walk from the hotel to the water, dinner, Alfama, the Santa Justa Lift, the train station (to get to Sintra) and more. If you need anything at all it’s steps away! The staff were friendly and they have a bar on site. The hotel itself is clean and they gave cute welcome snacks. Breakfast buffet is super convenient in their restaurant (fruit, yogurt. Bacon, toast, cheeses, meats, coffee, juices, etc). The only two slightly negative comments are that you are in the middle of the city life so if there is a truck pulling in to make a delivery or fix something at 6a you will hear it outside your room. We heard people out partying until midnight and then the workers at 6am. However, they were only there one of the mornings so we survived! The other is that it has a simple room and is not super modern or luxurious- so make sure you have reasonable expectations. But it’s clean so that was important to us. It is a great hotel. We really enjoyed it and recommend it for travelers looking to have easy access to everything Lisbon has to offer."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pensão Praça da Figueira. The rooms good, comfortable, and very clean, which made it easy to relax after long days of touring. The staff were consistently warm, helpful, and professional — truly one of the highlights of our stay. The only thing we would suggest is starting breakfast a bit earlier. Because we had early tours scheduled, we weren’t able to enjoy the breakfast service, which was disappointing since everything else about the hotel was excellent. Overall, Hotel Pensão Praça da Figueira is a great place to stay, and with a slightly earlier breakfast option, it would be perfect."
