Pretty good — especially the staff and location — but the room (#415) smelled like a musty antique store, and there were few vegan options at breakfast, so we skipped it after our first day.

Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. We took the free shuttle between Lisbon airport and hotel. There was some communication problems with using the shuttle but shuttle staff was super helpful with making connections. I would stay at this hotel again.
