I had an excellent stay at Acta Moa Hotel. Not only its perfectly located so you can easily access the touristic attractions by bus/metro/train but also, the personnel was very helpful, friendly and warm. As soon as I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and welcomed, which was nice of them. The restaurant staff is also very friendly and it was fun to have a quick chat with the employees every morning. I definitely recommend this hotel 👌

Excellent Hotel. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean. The standard double room is much bigger than what I have experienced elsewhere. Room has exceeded my expectations totally with a microwave and coffee machine as well as a kettle. Check in and out fast and efficient. Only downside was the noise of the trains rolling past. I will definitely return.

Stayed at this hotel twice. Clean room as shown in photos. Paid for the breakfast once and it was good but pricy. The hotel by a train track so there is some noise if you like the window open.

I had high expectations since this is a brand new hotel and very close to the airport. The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Got my room cleaned all days but we had a terrible problem: the sewage has a problem keeping a disgusting smell at the bathroom ( despite the staff efforts applying products to remediate) . Baths could not be long as the hot water would not last long , so we ended up finishing our showers in cold water . Breakfast was decent for the price - would rather have some fresh and hot bread in the morning . The restaurant is known for lunch and dinner .lunch has a daily menu but dinner most of the options were not available - must highlight the staff efforts to improve experience and manage to deliver better services. It would be nice to have an extra chair in our room ( we stayed at a superior double room ) and more storage place . We stayed for 6 nights in the winter - so storage was limited. If the sewage problem is solved we will come back next year for our European Championship of Jiu-jitsu. Looking forward to have my suggestions heard. Alevato Family

An overall great accomodation for the first time visitor to Lisbon. The staff was very courteous and location was ideal (very close to the airport and not that far from the main tourist attractions). Breakfast could use some improvement in the way of quality and variety.

💯 the bed. From day one to my last day, the bed was very uncomfortable. I'm leaving with back pain. First they put me in a room with twin beds put together, that was horrible night because the mattresses were not the same size. The next, I complained they moved me to a different room with so call queen bed...that was the same. I got tired of requesting to change the bed.

Staff was really helpful especially when asking addresses for ubers! Hotel is also less than 10 minutes from the Lisbon airport. Good location and very clean. Enjoyed the stay!
