Great location, right near the Metro station and there's a mini grocery store across the street. They were very communicative with us in regards to check-in. We only stayed here one night so it met all our needs and overall it was clean. We did notice though that after eating in the suite, some crumbs must have fallen onto the floor and eventually there were ants inside (we stayed in Deluxe Studio, Private Bathroom C), so just have to be mindful of that.

Fantastic room and brilliant communication from Joao. 1 minute from the metro which is cheap and gets you around the city quickly. Would recommend to anyone to stay here. Mini supermarket across the road and a great cafe just up the road

Excellent property. I stayed in a double sweet the first few days and it was immaculate. My flight was cancelled and had to extend another night and moved to a twin suite. The twin suite was not as nice, but, sufficient. Very close to the Metro and bus stop! Easy access and bag storage was helpful! Host were very responsive!

Very responsive and friendly staff. Easy to check in and get into the hotel and room. The locks were super secure so we felt very safe. Elevator works, which is great since the floors go all the way to the 6th floor. Good location close to sights like Fonte Luminosa and Eduardo VII parqu lots of cafes ,mini markets, a Continente supermarket, restaurants, pharmacies and other shopping nearby. Pretty safe feeling area. Room was extremely spacious with good kitchen appliances amenities. Having a washer/dryer in the room was awesome. I slept well but husband thought the bed was not comfy (too firm). I really enjoyed this hotel/apartment room, location and the staff's good service and would not hesitate to book again.

Everything was very good except there was some confusion over the parking. I booked through hotels.com which lists free parking. Further down the listing I guess it says on request. When I asked the host about accessing the parking he stated that I should have asked earlier and was a bit rude about it, telling me that nowhere in the world there is unlimited parking and I should have known to ask earlier when there was nothing stating the limited nature of the parking or a timeline within which I should have submitted this request. I had to push back and they did give me parking. Other than this the stay was pleasant. Room was nice and clean. Location was very close to the metro and a few minutes ride into city centre. I would recommend that the automatic message that gets sent when you book should have a note stating that if you need parking to ask about availability right away.

Check in was super easy. Joao would WhatsApp you ahead of time all the info including how to enter the building and and your room, as well as the code to the luggage storage room if you arrive early . There is also an office next to the apartment that is open on weekdays. The place is exactly as photographed. There is a 2- in-1 washer/dryer that will dry your clothes completely. Although we ate out for all our meals, the apartement has everything you need if you want to prepare a meal (utensils, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stove etc). There is a mini supermarket across the street. And the metro station Alameda is located just steps away. This station is also super convenient because you can access two metro lines (red and green). The staff is very responsive to any concerns. Overall the apartment was clean. Some dust may come out of the AC unit so maybe move the sofa bed a bit so that you're not sleeping directly underneath it.

We had a pleasant stay at this room in Lisbon. The location was convenient, about a 30-minute walk to the city center or a quick and affordable train ride for just €1.80. The added bonus of parking made it easy for us as we had a car. The kitchen facilities were great, allowing us to cook our meals, and we appreciated having a dedicated shelf in the fridge. The room itself was clean, and the shower worked well, which made our stay comfortable. Overall, a great option for those looking for a convenient and budget-friendly place to stay in Lisbon!
