The property is conveniently located near a train station and on one of Lisbon's main streets. We are a family of three adults and we were upgraded to a mini suite which was a welcome surprise. Breakfast was delicious, our room was clean and quiet, all hotel staff were very professional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Lisbon.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Every inch was clean and well maintained. The staff were excellent and very attentive. Breakfast was displayed in a beautiful setting however, the food selection was more geared towards customers coming UK or EU countries vs US. I would highly recommend. Location was perfect.

Very clean room, my clean freak wife didn't spot any issues and that's rare. Beds were super comfortable. Had the best 2 nights sleep in ages. Booked a family room, there wasn't one available so they gave us 2 interconnecting rooms which was better but staff were still apologetic over it. Complimentary sparking wine and orange juice was a lovely touch and they made it feel special. Nice to have robes and slippers provided too, not everywhere does that. Breakfast was lovely. The hotel is beautiful if a little in need of updating. Overall we were given a 5 star experience for a budget friendly price.

Great staff very friendly and helpful. If there was an issue, they immediately fix and sort the problems. Very attentive and offering travel plans if needed. The breakfast buffet was tasty and a good variety as it introduce some Portuguese dishes. The room was spacious, cleaned promptly every day when allowed. The facilities provided are amazing such as the refreshments in the lobby area.
