"The staffs at the front desk warmly welcomed me and me feel home. I really loved the stay at Urbano hotel. The unique amenity I don’t usually get elsewhere is the delicious cake they leave for the guests at the dining area at the main entrance which is a plus. Room was very clean, comfortable bed, bathroom and shower were excellent. The size of the room is not huge but it’s big enough for 2 people. I will definitely come back. Excellent staffs with good attitude"

"Staying in Alfama was wonderful. It’s a unique area on a steep hill, but the tram runs frequently and reaches central Lisbon in just minutes. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite with a kitchen, and the room was spacious. The sofa bed was very comfortable for our son. The only drawback was the wooden floors, which made footsteps and nighttime bathroom trips quite noisy. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The area is lively during the day but very quiet at night. We stayed four nights and enjoyed our stay overall."
