"Reception staff absolutely excellent, friendly and extremely helpful (I arrived late and distressed thanks to an incompetent Uber driver who dropped me off in the wrong place and NO internet). Thanks Shayla for being super sweet and helpful on my eventual arrival. My room was lovely, spacious and very clean. Bathroom very nice, very clean, lovely shower. Only negatives I found was the pillows were very soft (personal choice) I'm sure if I had gone to reception and ask them to change them they would have but it was late and I could live it for 1 night. Also I had to put the kettle on the floor as I couldn't find the socket. PS. The complimentary Martha's wine was absolutely beautiful touch ❤️ I would highly recommend this place for a short stay."
