The room was very clean and well stocked with necessities and added treats. Breakfast options were plentiful. Very healthy and well prepared and fresh. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Nice location to walk to areas in Alfama and restaurants.

It is a great location to the cruise port and down town area is all easy walking. Lots of restaurants in the area. It is a small hotel with 26 rooms, but well maintained and a good vibe. Friendly staff.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room was great, the AC was amazing and the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious. Most importantly the staff were great. They made us feel welcomed and made sure to always be so helpful with us. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I travel back to Portugal.

Highly recommend for Lisbon vacations and would stay here again. Beautiful property in great location with kind staff and delicious breakfast featuring traditional Portuguese pastries and cheeses. Room was a lovely modernized space in a stunning vintage building. Pricing very reasonable. Quick drive from airport and close to many transit options and Commerce Square.

We booked a room at Memoria Lisboa FLH Hotels for two nights following a Norwegian cruise. Unfortunately, our flights home were cancelled due to an Air Canada airline strike. There was no room at Memoria, but staff found us a room at their nearby sister hotel FLH Hotels Urbano. The strike continued for over a week, and we were finally able to get flights home to Canada 9 days later. Staff at both Memoria and Urbano were great! They found us rooms in their hotels during the busy summer season. We had to change rooms and even hotels several times, but the staff moved our luggage every time. It made the swaps so much easier for us. Staff were all friendly, spoke excellent English, and were so very, very helpful. For us, the Urbano location was a bit better. It was located within easy walking distance of restaurants and the Plaza, along level streets (an important consideration for my wife on crutches). In both hotels, the rooms were nice, and included breakfast at no extra cost. At other times of the day, self serve cake and cookies were provided, along with coffee and tea. We highly recommend FLH Hotels, and will not hesitate to stay with them once again if the opportunity arises.
