El apartamento está súper bien ubicado, se puede caminar a varios puntos de interés en Lisboa. Por otro lado la propiedad está muy descuidada, el edificio tiene grietas importantes por todos lados y en general le hace falta limpieza. Las sábanas estaban manchadas y las fotos del anuncio están actualizadas.

Great location, inaccurate description/details

Let's start with the positives: * Excellent location right in the downtown core * Beds were clean and comfortable * Kitchen had a decent-sized fridge, and clothes washer * A generous amount of storage for such a small space * Fiber connection, with good download speeds * Nice shower (but no soap holder?!) Some things to be aware of: * A bit noisy at night, but about as expected (bring earplugs) * You must check-in elsewhere to get a physical key, which requires walking a ways and switching metro lines. We first went to the apartment with our suitcases, and waited at a coffee shop while one person went to get the key and come back. That took about an hour. * Only one physical key, so it requires coordination if people want to go different places * The eating area is very small (but you're probably eating out) Some negatives: * False advertising! The description said the apartment has air conditioning and a dish washer. There is definitely no dish washer. There are swamp coolers / fans in each room but no air conditioning and no way to actually cool down the apartment. It was 96F/36C during our visit and while it was cooler inside than outside, and it did cool off at night, the heat impacted our sleep. I complained, and was only offered a $25 discount for the inconvenience * The bathroom smelled like sewage. Strongly. It was unpleasant * The stopper in the bathroom sink was very difficult to open (required 10+ minutes with sharp knife)

Das Apartment bietet das was mann brauchen kann für entweder freunde oder auch Familien da zu übernachten. Es gibt genügend Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, usw. Es gibt einen Fernseher. Und eine Terrasse für Raucher zum Sitzen (sichtbar ist nur eine Wand vom anderen Gebäude) in den Schlafzimmern gibt es Mobile Ventilatoren mit Heizfunktion die gut funktioniert ist aber halt laut. Angegeben wird auch Internet, aber der Router/modem ist entweder irgendwo im Keller oder auf anderen Stockwerken. Weil in diesem Apartment gab es keinen Empfang außer in der Nähe von den Fenstern in den Schlafzimmern. Das war sehr ärgerlich, und auch nach dem kontaktieren von Homing, sie haben nur ein paar einfache Fragen gestellt(ob alles angesteckt ist und keine Kabel fehlen oder durchtrennt sind), und danach keine Antworten mehr. Das Badezimmer ist aber das Highlight, das Waschbecken ist in einer modernen Weise gestaltet, das darin ungefähr nur 500 ml Reinpassen ohne das alles raus fließt, und so klein das auch beim normalen Gesicht waschen das Wasser überall landet. Und jetzt zur Dusche, die Dusche ist sehr schick, Wasserfall Dusche mit auch normalen duschkopf mit Schlauch alles sauber gar keine Mängel. Aber die schiebe Tür aus Glas ist entweder schlecht Silikoniert oder hat Lücken, weil nach jedem Duschen oder auch kurzem Füße waschen wird der Boden im Bad nass. Ich finde das einfach eine Frechheit das wir die Kunden da jedes Mal das Wasser aufwischen müssen, anstatt es zu reparieren.

Logement froid, pas de chauffage centralisé mais présence de chauffage d’appoint Logement bruyant à cause de sa position hyper centre touristique, de plus travaux en cours dans le bâtiment d’à côté : réveillés à 7h45 par les marteaux piqueurs ( les enfants n’ont pas appréciés ) Espace salle à manger trop juste pour 5. Logement propre et literie confortable Logement fonctionnel pour 3-4 jours. (Pas de lave-vaisselle)

For group of friends

Nice place for group of friends not for family vacation. Good location near everything. Good price. Construction works in same building causes noise and dust everywhere and all the time. Terrace is only for smoking because of dust.

Appartement très très bien situé. On visiter Lisbonne à pieds sans problème. L’appart Est grand avec 3 belles chambres, cuisine équipée et un espace buanderie.

typische portugese uitstraling !

3 ruime slaapkamers, heel proper, nieuw! badkamer is heel klein: wc en douche en was niet proper. Bij arriveren hing er een niet aangename geur binnen. Waarschijnlijk van rioolputje uit badkamer. Hebben dan een geurkaarsje gekregen . Geur is daarmee wel verminderd. Heel goed ontvangst en uitleg bij inchecken!
