Amazing Staff & Service, but Room Fell Short The staff here was outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They greeted me by name each day and went out of their way to make my stay special. Thoughtful touches like a handwritten welcome note with mini cakes and nightly turndown service with cookies really stood out. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with bold, artistic decor and attention to detail throughout. Breakfast was included and exceeded expectations—it wasn’t just a typical continental breakfast. There was a lovely fruit and pastry buffet plus made-to-order options from the menu. The location is unbeatable—right in the center of everything, within walking distance to major attractions, shops, and great dining. My only downside was the room. It was very small and quite dark, even during the day. The bed took up most of the space, making the room feel cramped. While the design was stylish, it just wasn’t very comfortable for me. Overall, incredible service and location, but the room layout and lighting left something to be desired.

This property was unique and absolutely beautiful. If you like the photos wait until you see it in person, even better. Everything is clean and new, no hidden surprises. The friendly staff was there for our every hotel need from room service to directions to bookings. Dinner at there restaurant was a special delight of local offerings, a must try! ur recent stay at Art Legacy Hotel in Lisbon, Portugal, was nothing short of exceptional. Perfectly located in the heart of the city, this beautifully designed, year-and-a-half-old hotel impressed us at every turn. Our room was cosy, modern, and thoughtfully appointed, complete with complimentary snacks, an assortment of fine French teas, and even a stylish Smeg kettle for added comfort. The art throughout the hotel was absolutely stunning, adding to the warm and sophisticated atmosphere. The front desk team was incredibly friendly, caring, and helpful, making our check-in process seamless and stay comfortable. Breakfast was included and made to order — a delicious and personal touch. We had the most amazing stay! the hotel is simply beautiful, rooms are immaculate and each room is individual, the staff are amazing very helpful and cannot do enough for you! I would also recommend eating in the restaurant as it was to die for! Breakfast is fabulous and lots of choice I would absolutely recommend!
